The current project aims to apply previous research outcomes from my PhD and post-doc research to the teaching setting in Rio de Janeiro with piano/electric keyboard students with different levels of expertise, backgrounds, and age. The research will be conducted alongside undergraduate students at UFMT..

As a full-time teacher and researcher I have noticed that visual feedback can assist piano learning as well as optimize piano teaching. In addition, mobile audio and video recordings of student's practice can have an impact on their consciousness and learning process. Beside the use of the mobile apps, using digital technologies which can offer additional visual feedback may also enhance their learning.
